The Contact Centre Nova Scotia Association (CCNS) is an organization dedicated to the
advancement of the Contact Centre profession and industry throughout the province of
Nova Scotia. The CCNS was established in 2006 to provide a professional and responsive
voice for the Contact Centre Industry.
Thank you for your interest in the Contact Centre Nova Scotia Association. Welcome to our new website, it is still evolving and soon will include an information portal with news on local and national sector events, educational and employment opportunities, and association announcements.
By joining the Contact Centre Nova Scotia Association you can play a vital role in shaping the future of our industry in the province. As a member you will benefit from networking opportunities, peer, consulting and vendor collaboration, influencing strategy and legislation affecting the industry, and access to the latest information and research.
Contact Centre Nova Scotia recently held its 2nd Annual General Meeting at The Ramada Inn in Dartmouth. The event was a great success and we wanted to extend our appreciation to everyone that was able to attend, especially those who had to travel from out of town to be with us. We had representation from 20 different organizations across the province that make up our industry and also celebrated our first ever Top Associate of the Year Awards. These individuals were recognized for their outstanding performance and contributions to their organizations and we were honored to be able to recognize them in front of their peer groups. We'd also like to thank our guest speaker Colin MacDonald from Clearwater Foods and to Allstream and KRP communications for their sponsorship. CCNS is gearing up for another great year and we look forward to your continued support. Congratulations again to all our award winners for truly making a difference every day!
