Message From The President
President's Message:
Hello from Contact Centre Nova Scotia!
I am very excited to be taking on the President’s role of our Association to enable me to continue the development of the Contact Centre industry here in Nova Scotia. The past 12 months have been very successful for our Association as we held a number of events covering topics relevant to our industry including; Selling in Hard Economic Times, Managing Absenteeism and Activating Change. We’ve also held a number of networking events and are just coming off our 2nd Annual General Meeting that was very well attended. I want to express my sincere thanks to all members and sponsors for your support this past year, without it we would not exist.
CCNS is maturing as an Association and my goal for the next year is to build on our experience by continuing to hold events that foster learning. I believe educating each other is one of the ways that we will develop as an industry. The Association plans to hold more networking events to provide us the opportunity to get to know each other better and to share best practices.
The new Executive and I are very excited about the upcoming year and look forward to working with you to get to know you better, to learn from you and to share our experiences. The next year will bring many challenges as we face a difficult economic situation. Where there is challenge however, there is often opportunity and by working closely as an Association I hope that we all uncover some opportunity that we can leverage.
I look forward to your participation in the events of our Association during the next year and want to thank you again for your continued support.
Kind regards,
Cameron Bruce
